Skilled prep position FT or PT
Marukin Ramen is looking for a skilled prep cook. You will take on the projects that are the backbone of the operation: soups/stocks, sauces, noodle training, & butchery. You will get a full understanding of what goes into the full menu here at Marukin and the support needed as you learn those skills. Above average knife skills are a requirement for this job. No japanese cooking experience is required, but you need to have a positive attitude, a passion for food and learning, and the ability to work clean and with pace.
