Beachside restaurant in Rincón, Puerto Rico, is searching for talented Sous Chef with good kitchen knowledge (fresh fish, meats, farm-to-table, etc) and management skills. This position is perfect for someone who knows a little bit of everything: teamwork and coopertivity, line cooking, prepping, scheduling, cost control. This position allows a lot of time on sauté and expo, with a few administrative duties. Biligual in Spanish is a plus, but not necessary.

Position begins mid-December, until around Easter, unless you’d like to stay for summer. Winter hours will be 40 to 60 hours, four to 5 days a week. Summer is half-time and not gauranteed. This is mainly a seasonal position, but we are willing to hire the right person year-round. Pay is monthly salary, based on experience; summer is hourly.
