Are you talented with menu planning, watching costs and taking care of your team?

Sous Chef Wanted:
Position focus:
*work with chef daily
*Manage kitchen staff in daily production
*Maintains all standards and regulations
*Helps Maintain food and Labor costs
*ability to create new menu ideas
*assumes chef roll in his/her absence
*Helps with catering, Ideas and Prep
Requirements:
*Culinary degree preferred
*5-7 years total Kitchen experience
*1 year management helpful
*Solid Kitchen fundamentals, and knife skills
*Ability to work under pressure during rush
*Good communication skills
*Food handlers card
