Job Description

This is a full time position and must be able to work days and evenings

-Must have experience in:

Kitchen management

Food waste control

Management in portion control

Inventory control and menu food cost

-Must be a proactive team leader

-Must have a positive attitude and passion for helping others

-Creative and must be able to think outside the box

-Be able to create new ideas and recipes

-Must be comfortable with hiring, firing and developing and employee scheduling

-Willing to put in long hours if needed on Sundays and weekends

-Salary Rate

-Yearly raises according to performance and evaluation

-Must keep up with everyday emails and Google calender
