Lincoln Restaurant is looking for an experienced and detail minded Sous Chef. Candidate must be focused and a team player with an interest in co-leading a fast paced kitchen. Butchery skills a must. Candidate must have some management experience as a lead line cook. This position requires the candidate to have experience in all aspects of managing a kitchen and staff, including daytime prep, evening line work, organizing and maintaining inventory, writing schedules and general management of staff. Salary level contingent upon experience.
