Job Description

Nicholas Restaurant is looking for a Sous Chef

Qualifications must include:

-This is a full time position and must be able to work days and evenings
-Must have experience in:
Kitchen management
Food waste control
Management in portion control
Inventory control and menu food cost
-Must be responsible for planning and directing food preparation in the kitchen
-Must be able to supervise the entire kitchen staff, including the line cooks, prep cooks and dishwashers.
-Must be a proactive team leader
-Must have a positive attitude and passion for helping others
-Creative and must be able to think outside the box
-Be able to create new ideas and recipes
-Willing to put in long hours if needed on Sundays and weekends
-Pay is $11/hour
