General Job Duties

Major Job Duties:
• From scratch preparation of daily seasonal offering and daily composed seasonal salad toppings based on provided prep numbers
• Maintain and document all food holding temps and ensure safety
• Meet daily and weekly cleaning sanitation expectations and document
• Drive creative food preparation will meeting customer’s needs and expectations
• Engage all customers in a friendly manner, while addressing all concerns or questions timely and effectively
