Job Description

Golden Valley Brewery and Restaurant is family owned and operated since 1993 and we are currently recruiting an Assistant Manager for our Beaverton location which opened in 2012. Our focus is to provide handcrafted local foods, beers, and wines from the Willamette Valley in a quality environment. We raise our own all natural Angus beef and organic vegetables for the restaurant on our family ranch. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced individual for this position. If you have the following qualities we are interested in talking to you:

Guest Oriented with a sincere passion for food, wine and hospitality.
Possess strong relationship and leadership and organizational skills.
Have experience in staff development with a focus on quality and service.
Posses a high level of honesty and integrity.
Track record of achieving financial results


Scheduling and bar management experience a plus.
Talent for training and developing team mentality and uncompromising quality culture
Experience managing high volume, high quality program with a large FOH & BOH staff.
Computer knowledge in Word, Excel and Publisher and POS systems.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Able to give instructions and communicate effectively.
Must be organized and maintain accurate and orderly documentation.
