Description:
* Leadership presence and comprehensive involvement in shift management
* Models hospitality and is passionate about delivering service excellence
* Develops staff and peers through inspirational and accountable leadership leading to operational excellence
* Deliver the highest quality of food and beverage products
* Consistent execution of all systems, standards, and processes
* P&L responsibility and accountability
* Inventory control and COGS management
* Scheduling

Requirements:
* Exceptionally service-oriented and understands genuine hospitality
* Proven skills in organization, goal setting, and time management
* Excellent communication skills
* Demonstrated fiscal responsibility in a service environment having delivered strong financial results
* A cultural match – passionate, caring, people-focused/ top-line driven performer while at the same proven developer of people
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook
* 2-3 years leadership in preferably fine dining or similar volume, full-service chain/ corporate
* Established longevity & career progression
* Professional image & demeanor
* Holds peers and staff accountable to expected results. Demonstrated understanding of human resources practices.
* College degree in business or hospitality management or equivalent experience
