We are looking for passionate & dedicated people who want to serve seasonal food inspired by the cuisines of the world & the melting pot of America. Our menus will allow you to learn about & work with a wide range of products. With an emphasis on the highest quality produce from local farms & whole animals from area ranches to thoughtfully sourced regional ingredients, we strive to feed our community with the best food available. Our kitchen & service teams work closely in a respectful environment towards common goals. You will manage an established staff who focus on service with attention to detail, work with a sense of urgency & develop rapport within a team mentality. Warm hospitality & tremendous guest experiences are our everyday goal. Candidates should have an understanding of restaurant management, casual fine-dining & steps of service with knowledge of proper wine & coffee service. Must be willing to work 50+ hours per week. Experience in a leadership role is necessary. Knowledge of global food & wine is beneficial. Salary range is negotiable. Thank you!
