To make the customers last impression of Elephant’s one of which they will certainly become repeat and loyal customers. Provide excellent customer service. Anticipate the final needs of the customer before they end their visit. The successful candidate must be awareness of wandering customers. Ring the customer quickly, accurately, and efficiently. Direct customers and follow through with their needs as well as keeping the register area well equipped and stocked at all times. Keep supervisors aware and informed of customer comments, include both strengths and opportunities.

PERSONALITY AND MOTIVATIONAL FACTORS:
1. Must have “team spirit” and be able to work cooperatively with others.
2. Must be adaptable–able to handle rush orders, last minute changes, etc.
3. Must enjoy “people contact” and be oriented toward customer service.
4. Must have prior cash handling experience
