PM Line Cook
The cook is responsible for preparing cooked foods and must be able to perform all station functions of fry, flat top griddle and pantry. Communicate ticket times and potential problems to the manager on duty and servers as necessary. Provide the highest quality of service to customers and coworkers at all times. Perform all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management.
**Follows recipes and/or product directions for preping, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving and serving food items which may include soups, meats, vegetables, desserts and other food and beverage products.
**Clean and sanitize work stations and equipment.
**Practices excellent food safety and sanitation practices.
**Operates a variety of kitchen equipment; measure and mix ingredients, wash, peel, cut and shred fruits and vegetables.
**Stock, date, rotate and check temperature of products.
**Requires a minimum of 3 years experience in a full service high volume fine dining.
**Shift is normally 3pm to 10pm.
**Requires food knowledge pertaining to soups, saute’, broiler, fry and pantry.
**Requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
**Requires the ability to bend, twist and stand to perform normal job functions.
**Must be able to work any day of the week including holidays.
