Prepare and bake off bakery prep items
Produce catering orders. Ensure quality and timeliness of these orders.
Follow certification-training guidelines for new employees.
Oversee inventory rotation and stocking.
Check in deliveries.
Attend all Bakery & Building staff meetings
Fill bread orders, assemble cookie trays, and provide catering appropriate bread as ordered on appointed days.
1. Pastry production experience a plus
2. Able to lift over 50 lbs.
3. Organizational skills.
