Small, busy SE bakery seeking Pastry Lead!
Professional pastry experience required, culinary/patisserie degree preferred. This is a great position for someone a year a couple years out of school, with some hands-on pastry experience and lots of ideas.
We are seeking talent to lead our small, but awesome pastry department in our amazing work on tarts, cakes, savories, cookies, cupcakes, holiday sweets and much more. You will not only produce fantastic product, but be responsible for working with the pastry production schedules, quality control, recipe/menu development, customer service(minimal, mostly special order intake), etc…
Previous supervisory experience is helpful. You provide the passion, drive, new ideas and readiness to stand at the top of the pastry food-chain, we’ll provide the tools you’ll need for success.
