Help us finish out our Alaska season! We’re looking for a Pastry professional to work July through mid-October.
The Pastry Chef is responsible for overseeing all baking and related preparation and presentation (primarily breads, pastries and dessert). He/she will also assist the Chef with crew meals, plate-up and galley cleaning as assigned. This includes some dishwashing responsibilities throughout the day.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in a general kitchen or galley setting.
• Minimum of 2 years working with Pastries and Desserts.
• Good time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Must be hardworking, flexible and willing to communicate effectively with the Chef and other crew members.
