If you have a history of crafting delicious, approachable and memorable desserts in a fine dining environment, then Meriwether’s Restaurant and Chef Dolan Lane are looking for you. Meriwether’s recently celebrated our 10 year anniversary in Portland. We are open seven days a week for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. Meriwether’s serves locally sourced ingredients, most coming from our very own 5 acre Skyline Farm located just 20 minutes away.
We are looking for a full time Pastry Chef who can work in a fast-paced environment with an attention to detail. Our Pastry Chef will supervise a Pastry Assistant and both will be responsible for dessert production and daily bread baking as well as cost sheets, menu pricing and inventory. A minimum of 3 years pastry and baking experience a must.
