Pacific Pie Company specializes in handmade sweet and savory pies. We are currently hiring for the position of Line/Pantry Cook at our NW 23rd location.
Duties include preparing a range of items from scratch, including soups, salads, dressings, side dishes, and desserts. During service the line cook works solo and puts out all food for the restaurant. We can get busy, so you need to be able to work under pressure and deliver consistent, well plated food.
This position is full time with 30-40 hours per week.
-Must have at least 2 years experience as a line cook in a fast paced environment
-Must have a good palate and appreciation of quality food
-Ability to work independently as well as take direction from the Kitchen Manager
-Ability to lift 50 pounds
-Current Food Handler’s card
-A perfectionist streak
