Assistant Managers in each restaurant are responsible for consistently providing high quality food with extraordinary guest service. Some responsibilities may include accountability for food cost, food quality, crew hiring, training, safety, inventory, scheduling, restaurant operations and neighborhood marketing. The Assistant Manager position offers significant opportunity for growth within Burgerville. Management experience is preferred. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. A high school diploma (or equivalent) is also required.
General Managers are expected to lead the development of an engaged workforce that delivers consistent and outstanding service to our internal and external guests. As the leader of the restaurant, the General Manager is accountable for the consistent growth and profitability of their restaurant and the delivery of a consistent brand experience both inside the four walls and in the community beyond the restaurant. Successful candidates must possess a high level of integrity, leadership practice, curiosity and willingness to learn. General Managers must demonstrate an ability to creatively respond to change while producing results with others and are dedicated to developing themselves and their teams through the business circumstances that present themselves. Our high performing GMs often participate in cross-functional teams throughout the organization and are integrally involved in the direction, growth, and success of Burgerville. Applicants must have at least 5 years management experience with increasing responsibility for the profitability and success of a restaurant or business unit, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. College coursework is preferred.
