Manager/Kitchen Manager — (Bugatti’s Oregon City/Beaverton)

We are looking for a manager with full service restaurant experience in both front and back of house operations to supervise up to 30 employees. Manager will work MOD shifts while having overall responsibility for the kitchen in our Oregon City restaurant.
Applicants must have two-to-four years of management experience in full service restaurants. Must be passionate about the restaurant business and bring a positive attitude to work every day. The successful candidate will display a commitment to high standards, have a sense of urgency, pay attention to details, and follow restaurant-operating procedures. Manager will develop FOH and BOH staff and solve problems while building the restaurant’s guest base. Wine knowledge is a plus.

Salary and bonus are approximately $40k-$45k per year depending upon experience.
