Manager – Culinary Development & Operations
Local, successful, multi-location restaurant brand is seeking an experienced, talented individual to provide hands on leadership and direction in growing and sustaining our culinary operations. This management position will oversea all operations as they pertain to our multi-location kitchens, bakery and catering business.

* Develop and lead multi-location culinary operations based on our extremely high food quality standards
* Develop menu and pricing strategies that facilitate increased revenues to the bottom line
* Oversee food revenue and profitability goals, manage budgets and forecasts
* Recruit, train and develop kitchen, bakery and catering employees
* Candidate must possess 3+ years prior high volume kitchen management experience within a multi-location restaurant operation
* Financial background in profit and loss, labor and cost controls
* Exceptional development and training skills
* College grad, culinary to tech institute preferred
* Outstanding job references required
