Our business is multi-faceted consisting of catering, farmers markets, a food truck and sauce company. Everyday is different depending on our events and retail demands. The scope of this job involves commissary kitchen prep, retail sauce production, sauté and driving the food truck. All of these activities are a must for the hired person. Moving up to a truck/farmers market management position is desired. Please have good knife skills, 1 year culinary restaurant or catering experience, a valid Oregon license and a passion for quality, locally sourced ingredients. Hard working, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are personality attributes we are interested in bringing on to our team.
