Line / Prep Cook
Oso Market + Bar is a growing small & medium plates restaurant and bar focused in the cuisines of Southern France and Northern Spain. We are looking for a Full- Time experienced Line Cook who is professional, self motivated with attention to detail, ability to understand and follow recipes, take direction as well as work without supervision.
We are also looking for a Full-Time Prep Cook who has great knife skills, detail oriented and desire to move up.
We are a small staff and kitchen, so cleanliness, organization, great attitude and ability to work with a team is essential.
Shifts looking to fill are for both lunch and dinner.
At least two years of prior experience is preferred.
Oregon Foodhandler’s card required.
Must be reliable and willing to commit to long term employment, and be fine with a few late nights.
