Line/ Prep Cook

We are looking for a full-time line cook for brunch, prep and closing shifts. The individual must be able to operate unsupervised with a strong ability to multi-task. Kitchen experience is essential, we need a strong team player committed to working in a both serious and seriously fun environment.
The main duties of the position are cooking food to order, keeping a clean work environment, and maintaining a high level of standard throughout every service. THE HOP&VINE kitchen is small yet innovative, producing an almost entirely house made and seasonally inspired menu. THE HOP&VINE also features a full craft cocktail bar and 13 rotating beer taps. Our ideal candidate would be self motivated, organized, and able to multitask, as well as preform tasks that may be considered outside their job description. Such as answering questions about beer or running food. A positive and outgoing attitude is an absolute must have.
2 or more years experience .
Creative, knowledgeable and passionate for the food and beverage industry.
Able to work well with others and create a comfortable, fun work environment.
