Seeking line / prep cook for booming kitchen. A minimum of two years professional experience preferred. Less than two years with a solid resume will be considered.

About Us: established, award-winning Oregon craft brewery. Our kitchen creates multi-national culinary pairings for our primary focus: Northwest Style Sour Beer (think: beer, champagne, wine – all in one). We are growing quickly and are looking for dedicated professionals to grow with us.
You Are: 21+, professional, have excellent knife skills, have worked with all sorts of kitchen equipment. You are able to work in a high traffic kitchen, can hold down a busy line, can follow instruction as well as work independently. You can multi-task & self-motivate. Your schedule is wide open and you’re ready to cover any shift, any day. You can communicate clearly and are able to prep, cook, wash, clean and do what ever it takes to get the job done. You know proper food handling guidelines, have the permit to show it, and are safe with your skills. You are able to bring creativity to the table when needed.
The Job: is full-time, but we will consider part-timers if the skill and fit is right. Obviously, weekends & evenings are the most needed positions. Starting hourly wage depends on experience, with 90 day, 6 month & annual performance reviews.
