Nicholas Restaurant is looking for line cooks.
Qualifications must include:
-Food waste control
-Knowledge of kitchen equipment
-Must have some experience working in restaurant kitchens
-Must be able to work well with others and work under stress
-Must have a positive attitude and passion for helping others
-Must be able to communicate with prep cooks and wait staff
-Label and date all food stored and rotate food as needed
-Follow opening and closing procedures
-Keep a clean, stocked and tidy work space
-Must have/obtain Oregon State Food Handlers card
