Equinox Restaurant Part-Time


Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, self motivated breakfast, lunch and dinner line cook. Applicants must have 2 years cooking experience in a faced paced- from scratch environment. Experience on breakfast egg station helpful. Position responsibilities include:

-Supporting the chef in all operations
-Ensuring product is prepped and ready for service
-Preparing food that meets Equinox standards of flavor, portion and presentation
-Opening the kitchen and setting up the line
-Working on the line (pantry, grill and saute)
-Completing cleaning checklists
-Keeping kitchen organized
-Closing clean up

This position is 25 to 30 hours per week to start with hours increasing to full time by spring. Pay will be based on experience.
