We are looking for a smart, motivated cook interested in joining the kitchen at a small, busy Japanese restaurant.
Previous experience in Japanese cuisine isn’t necessary, but a strong interest in learning and participating in the development of our cuisine is. We make things by hand, are interested in tradition and innovation, use high quality and interesting ingredients, and demand a high level of quality and professionalism from our employees.
The position is full time, 4 x 10 hour shifts/ week. You must be comfortable working in a busy open kitchen, work and communicate well with other people, work fast, clean and organized.
