Management is currently seeking applicants for a Line Cook with at least 2-3 years recent experience cooking in a fast-paced professional kitchen. Applicant should also have baking experience or be comfortable learning to bake and the flexibility to pick up and/or cover baking shifts.
Everything we make here is made from scratch and a willingness and eagerness to see things through from start to finish is absolutely necessary. You will be expected to do various prep projects as well as cooking for service.
Must be personally neat, clean, pleasant, efficient, enthusiastic, punctual, and reliable. Applicants should enjoy working with people and be a positive communicator as our kitchen is very small and our team works closely together in an open kitchen. Must be fastidious about consistency of product and neatness/efficiency in workspace. Detail oriented people with a willingness to embrace the mission and goals of the company would be a very welcome addition to our team. Reliable transportation is a must and open availability is preferred.
