Line Cooks work along side our Prep Cooks & Sous Chef’s and is responsible for the World Class food that comes out of the Pelican kitchen that our guests are expecting! Our Line Cooks ensure the kitchen meets safety standards. Any egos should be left at the door. Lots of creative options with catering, brewer’s dinners and regular changes to the menu. The Pelican is a fast paced, high volume restaurant.

Experience cooking in a fast paced kitchen, dedication to high quality and executed food, a great team oriented personality, interest and experience in beer cuisine are a must. Ability to bend, stoop, twist, kneel and stand for periods of 8 hours or longer. Must be able to lift 50 pounds over head-height and carry items up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work in hot, humid, and noisy environment.
