Seeking a line team member to responsibility prepare hot/cold breakfast and lunch line food, as well as preparation of food items and set up allocated stations for menu, as instructed by the sous chef and compliant with standards. One must employ the utmost visual and plate quality in food and final dish presentation while a sanitary and a well kept work area is maintained at frequent intervals. Station ownership is a major priority, as well as side work and closing checklist accuracy.. This is a fast paced, busy restaurant and kitchen where humble integrity and professional skills combine with comraderie and a positive attitude . No short timers need to apply. You must be willing to work weekends and busy holidays. Minimum 1 year breakfast and/or line kitchen experience.
