Job Description

Experienced Line Cooks needed for the Multnomah Athletic Club. Be a part of a fast paced, progressive environment, led by James Beard Award Winning Executive Chef Philippe Boulot, overseeing three restaurants, including fine dining, an upscale pub and a full service banquet department. The ideal candidates will possess the following qualities:

Flexibility to assist in various areas of the kitchen as needed
Ability to work in a fast paced/high volume environment
Possess a positive attitude and attention to detail and routine
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dedicated to creating a positive work environment

Requirements:

Previous relevant work experience preferred
Excellent knife skills and the ability to demonstrate sound culinary techniques
Ability to prepare ala carte meals utilizing fresh products to create dishes from established recipes
Valid food handler’s permit
Ability to stand, bend and lift up to 50lbs
