Lead Line Cook
We are a diner with a difference & are adding a position of lead line cook/ kitchen manager. Included in the tip pool as well as a good hourly wage make the compensation exceptional.
Responsibilities will include:
• Leading by example by setting the bar for both pace & quality of workmanship
• Participate in both initial and ongoing kitchen training
• Assist the manager in food ordering & overseeing quality when it arrives
• Recipe & policy adherence
• Safety & sanitation in the kitchen including equipment
• Working on the line
• Expedite tickets & cook burgers to the correct temperature
