We are a top fine dining restaurant located in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Known for it’s world-class art scene and outdoor playgrounds, our local food scene is experiencing a resurgence, attracting some of the brightest culinary talent in United States to compliment an international clientele.
Our restaurant focuses on Progressive American Cuisine, with an emphasis on sourcing only the best ingredients. We have a ¼ acre garden that we expand each year, and an attached wine shop, which combined with our award winning wine list is considered one of the best in the Southwest.

Who Are We Looking For:
We are looking for a career oriented, long term candidate to help build our restaurant. Be organized, self-motivating, and develop as a cook. Have a classic and modern technique, a commitment to quality, and an eye for detail. Are efficient, and have focused a command of cooking principals. Lastly, stewardship and a track record of working in esteemed restaurants is required.

What We Require:
Classic & Modern Technique, Command of Cooking Principles
Self-Motivated, Commitment to Quality, and an Eye for Detail
Minimum 5 years restaurant experience or equivalent with culinary degree.
Minimum 2 years working in reputable restaurants.
Minimum 2 years as a Line Cook or equivalent.
All candidates will be treated with strict confidentiality.
