We are looking for a highly organized, self-motivated, hands-on leader for Kitchen Manager position in our restaurant in the Medford area, OR. We seek someone with a passion for consistent, high-quality food and excellent customer service.
This is a summer to permanent position depending on performance.
Applicants should have:
• minimum of 5 years experience a restaurant kitchen
• minimum of 3 years experience in a kitchen management position
• experience cooking ethnic/latin cuisine
• extensive knowledge of product ordering, inventory, scheduling, food cost and labor %’s
• understand how to manage to a budget
• be a strong leader by positive example
• the ability to multi-task
• the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• proficient with email, Word and Excel
