We are looking for a Head Busser who can work in a fast paced, progressive fine dining downtown restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
Positive attitude, empathy for guests, timeliness, desire to learn, and attention to detail and routine.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dedicated to creating a positive work environment.
Successfully multi task large sections .
Ensure guests receive an enthusiastic, prompt, positive, service driven dining experience.
Work in a high volume fast past environment.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Successfully communicate guests needs to servers and management.
2 years fine dining bussing experience.
Possession of valid OLCC license & Food Handlers card.
Ability to stand, bend and lift up to 50lbs.
Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
