ChefStable seeks a General Manager for one of its downtown Portland restaurants. A minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership role is required. Applicants must demonstrate prior success in managing a fast paced floor and positively affecting cost measures. The perfect candidate will have the tenacity to both motivate staff members and provide excellent customer service. Duties include, but are not limited to, staffing, scheduling, managing reservations, running the floor, beverage ordering, implementing cost controls, and inventorying. The General Manager will work closely with ChefStable management to set and reach financial goals.
