Restaurant St. Jack seeks a General Manager. Applicants must demonstrate five plus years fine dining experience in a lead management role.
In addition to providing the highest level of customer service and hospitality, General Manager must demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills to reach strict financial goals.
Daily and weekly tasks will include: cash management, staff education, hiring, scheduling, ordering, receiving, managing floor during service, leading all-staff meetings, booking special events, attending semi monthly financial meetings.
