We are a large, downtown restaurant & bar, currently seeking a front-of-house leader to join our management team. This position requires a minimum of 5 years’ upscale/fine dining service experience and at least 1 year of management experience, as well as strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, a working knowledge of email, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Word documents. Strong computer skills are a must, as email and cloud-based documents are our primary forms of communication.
This position will include leading dining room service up to 5 days/nights per week, as well as working together with the management team to set and maintain standards of service. It is physically demanding, can require 8 or more hours on your feet, and you must be able to climb stairs and lift 50 lbs with ease.
This is a full-time, salaried position. Tipped shifts may be made available, depending on your ability to balance schedule, management, and serving alongside your team. Health insurance and other benefits are offered.
