Job Description

pFriem Family Brewers is a fast growing, exciting company this is looking to add the next piece of its management puzzle. The position of Floor Manager will be the shadow of the GM, assisting in most aspects of the tasting room operations.

Specific duties include:

-Ability to follow SOPs in daily accounting, enforcing policy, and general day to day operations

-Assist in managing the FOH staff, and provide excellent customer service

-Clearly communicate with GM and tasting room staff

-Maintain email and phone communication with customers and special requests

-Assist with scheduling, ordering, special events, and vacation coverage

-Supporting the GM in all aspects, and helping to shape future policy

-Impart knowledge and experience to our staff, and help them become better at their jobs

-Maintain accurate inventories and assist in financial analysis

-Ability to think critically and problem solve; attention to detail

Overall, we are looking for a candidate with strong FOH skills, a dedication to customer service, and an ability to lead in the absence of the GM. This is an opportunity to grow with a young, strong, fast moving company. Management experience is preferred, but strong service skills and FOH experience are a must.

This position is a salaried position, requiring 35-40 hours per week. Salary range is DOE, and includes beer benefits, Health Care Credit, bonus structure and 2 weeks paid vacation. Thank you for considering and come join Team pFriem!
