Deschutes Brewery in Portland, OR is recruiting for a Floor Manager: This position oversees all aspects of the dining room and bar and will be leading and coaching the awesome folks that are our front of house crew. We are seeking a leadership style that provides an environment where productivity, accountability and motivation are top priorities. Responsibilities include maintaining a profit center, ensuring quality service and product, training and hands on floor management. Flexibility in scheduling will be a must. REQUIREMENTS: A minimum 3 years experience in restaurant management in a high volume/high quality establishment, exp. with financial/P&L management, leadership style that supports a team environment, proven ability to show patience with stressful situations and a strong customer service orientation.
