The position involves three primary responsibilities: prepping, drink-crafting, and cleaning. Friendly customer service goes without saying
Prepping: Our only inputs are organic fruits & vegetables. This farm-fresh produce requires daily washing, stocking, and prepping in order to turn it into our product on demand.
Crafting: We are very particular about our drink recipes–making them correctly takes attention to detail and speed. Drink preparation includes both walk-up drink sales as well as pressed bottle production. We stress certain small details that make a big difference in drink quality.
Cleaning: We offer a clean, healthy food product. As such, maintaining a clean and sanitary operation is of utmost importance to us. Our crew is expected to be cleaning NONSTOP. Juice bars are messy, sticky places if not maintained properly.
We start new crew members at $9.25 per hour plus tips (averages $4-$6 per hour) with aggressive raises and promotions to those who earn it. We want problem solvers (not creators), and people who are looking for a solid, physical day of work. We plan to grow rapidly with good people.
