Craft Bartenders and Barback with Culinary Experience
We’re looking to fill 2 positions at our Barlow Artisanal Bar. We are looking for team members who enjoy interacting with our customers and are able to create an experience using their craft, our tools (liquid nitrogen, carved ice cubes etc)…We are looking for those who know how to read a room, are consistent in their demeanor and job performance ultimately being able to make the customers experience special.
1. Experienced Bartender comfortable with high volume craft cocktails. Other attributes includes someone who is a team player, someone who leads by example, has management goals, and is willing to hone their craft attending weekly mandatory trainings with Bar Director Tom Lindstedt. Part time and full time are considered. This is a great position if you are a working bartender looking to pick up a few extra shifts.
2. We are also looking for someone who can facilitate as a liaison between the kitchen and bartenders. The shifts would include opening Barlow/ juicing for all bartending stations, and maintaining pars during busy service. You will have the opportunity to work with head chef Casey Gipson as a prep cook, make our house tonics and simples, as well as be able to serve as a bar back during peak service.
