BBQ Restaurant in beautiful Southern Oregon looking for experienced, motivated chef to develop menu, train staff and manage all aspects of the kitchen/BBQ. We are in the early stages of development and are looking for someone with the experience necessary to set up and operate a busy BBQ kitchen. Please submit a resume and two sample menus which should include: 2 soups, 2 salads, 4 sides and a few BBQ meat items. Our menu prices will ideally be between $8 and $15 and will include items easy to prepare for take-out. Position will be salaried with option for profit sharing based on your contribution and restaurant profitability. Ideally you are someone who shares our enthusiasm, flexibility and phenomenal work ethic with a willingness to take initiative and get things done.
