If your looking for a position where you can create your vision this is it. We are opening new pub in Clark County and looking for an individual with passion for food and not afraid to try new things and push the envelope. We are planning on serving fresh and creative menu and want someone that put the finishing touches on it.
-This is a full time position and must be able to work days and evenings
-Must have experience in:
Food waste control
Management in portion control
Inventory control and menu food cost
-Must be a proactive team leader
-Must have a positive attitude and passion for helping others
-Be able to create new ideas and recipes
-Must be comfortable with hiring, firing and developing and employee scheduling
-Willing to put in long hours if needed on Sundays and weekends
