Muselet Restaurant and Wine Bar will open in Fall 2014 in Portland’s South Waterfront district. The facility is being constructed in new space on the street level of the The Ardea Apartment Building. The dining room and bar will seat 70-80, plus 30-40 outdoors on the garden patio.
Muselet is in a neighborhood which is home to several thousand high-income residents within 2-3 blocks of the restaurant. In addition, the OHSU South Waterfront campus is growing by leaps and bounds, with nearly 5,000 people coming to work in the area every day.
Muselet will combine fresh Oregon farm bounty, innovative cooking, and global inspiration. The wine bar will focus on Champagnes and regional sparkling wines from around the world, as well as the finest selection of wines from the Willamette Valley AVAs. Our specialty will be the pairing of food and wine for a memorable experience. A continental-style breakfast will be served including delectable pastries and single-origin coffee and espresso. Lunch will be configured to accommodate all customers whether they desire a business luncheon or a box lunch to go on a busy day. An eclectic, modern dinner menu will be presented with the goal of perfectly pairing the food with the wine.
