Excellent communication and people skills are our #1 requirement for our future BOH manager. You must be willing to manage and work alongside with a variety of people and backgrounds in our busy kitchen.
If you work well with people, we are willing to teach the management role we need at our restaurant. In other words, we are not requiring previous restaurant management experience. However, you must come in with a drive to learn the in’s and out’s of our business.
In time, you will assist with day-to-day operations, including ordering, maintaining inventory and employee schedules. You will also have the opportunity to assist with offsite catering during the summer months.
You must be available to work nights and weekends. Hourly pay is $13-$15 an hour, but this is negotiable if you are just the perfect person we need.
