Gruner is now hiring an experienced, qualified, bar manager.
The ideal candidate would have extensive experience with craft cocktail recipe development, classic cocktails, daily financials, inventory, ordering, scheduling, and overseeing a team of 4-8 bartenders.
The menu features a number of obscure wines, spirits, tinctures, bitters, etc…so some home study is going to be required to get up to speed.
We also produce an array of syrups, tinctures, bitters, and spirits, so recipe development doesn’t end with cocktails.
Must be comfortable running floor shifts and have some daytime availability.
Pay commensurate with experience.
