Artisan bakery looking to fill a spot on two different shifts. Must be willing to learn, dependable, and have a strong work ethic. Both spots are entry level. No experience necessary, but is helpful.
Bread shift: Hours are 3 A.M. till 11:30 A.M. and 4 A.M. Till 12:30 A.M.
This shift deals primarily with mixing, shaping, proofing and baking of a vast variety of breads.
Viennoiserie shift: Hours are 5 P.M. till 1:30 A.M.
This shift deals primarily with mixing, shaping and baking of all of our Laminated doughs such as Croissants and Danishes.
