Assistant Managers in each restaurant are responsible for consistently providing high quality food with extraordinary guest service. Some responsibilities may include accountability for food cost, food quality, crew hiring, training, safety, inventory, scheduling, restaurant operations and neighborhood marketing. The Assistant Manager position offers significant opportunity for growth within Burgerville. Management experience is preferred. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. A high school diploma (or equivalent) is also required.
