Advanced day-time prep cook, with night line cook shifts
Xico seeks an experienced prep person with a minimum of two years of professional restaurant experience in a cuisine driven restaurant.
Experience with fresh ingredients in a scratch kitchen is essential.
This position could be combined with two nights cooking on the line, making it just about full time.
Prep projects will include things like pozole, moles, salsas and butchering.
This is a self directed, schedule driven position that requires an organized person.
Health insurance benefits are available after 60 days.
